Emergency Maintenance Service
For Emergency Service please call your community leasing office. If after
normal business hours, you will be given additional
instructions for receiving emergency service. Emergency
Service includes:
- No heat during the heating season
- No air conditioning when the outside temperature
is above 80 degrees
- No hot water
- Water leaks
- No electricity
- Refrigerator not working
- Fire
- Any other circumstance which may endanger life
or property
